Affix the prepaid return label provided. Drop your package in the U.S. mail. The cost of using the prepaid return label service is $6.99 and will be deducted from your refund. We offer free returns for shoes. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.

Please DO NOT send the returns to store in California. All returns MUST have RMA number and sent to one of the returns processing centers we provide along with RMA.
